Für den Teig:

  • 300 g Pflanzenöl
  • 5 Eier (Größe M)
  • 370 g Weizenmehl Type 405
  • 15 g Backpulver (1 Tütchen)
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 280 g Zucker
  • 1 Tl Vanillezucker, selbstgemacht (oder 1 Tütchen Vanillezucker)
  • 70 g Vollmilch
  • 30 g Kakaopulver
     

Für die Dekoration:

  • 200 g Kuvertüre, Vollmilch
  • 20 g Pflanzenöl
  • Keksröllchen oder andere Dekoration nach Geschmack

Zubereitung

Ich arbeite mit dem Thermomix TM5 und einer KitchenAid. Alle meine Rezepte könnt Ihr aber auch mit einem Mixer oder einer anderen Küchenmaschine nachbacken.

Backofen auf 180 Grad C vorheizen.
Runde Springform (20–24 cm Durchmesser) ausfetten und mit Mehl oder Greis ausstreuen.

Pflanzenöl, 250 g Zucker, Vanillezucker, Eier, Mehl, 40 g Milch, Backpulver dazugeben und gut verrühren, Thermomix 40 Sekunden, Stufe 5.
Ca. die Hälfte des Teigs in eine Schüssel umfüllen und zur Seite stellen.
Kakaopulver, restlichen Zucker und restliche Milch zum Teig in der Rührschüssel geben und gut verrühren. Thermomix 5 sekunden, Stufe 5.
Mit dem Spatel nach unten schieben und weitere 5 Sekunden, Stufe 5 mischen.

In die Mitte der vorbereiteten Springform einen Klecks hellen Teig geben, in die Mitte des Klecks einen Klecks dunklen Teig geben, ... immer abwechselnd, bis der komplette Teig in der Springform ist.

Kuchen ca. 50–60 Minuten backen. In der Form etwas abkühlen lassen, dann erst die Form öffnen und auskühlen lassen.

Deko:
Ich habe den Kuchen mit Schokoladenguss (200 g Vollmilch-Kuvertüre mit 20 g Pflanzenöl schmelzen und mit einem Backpinsel auf dem Kuchen verteilen.) überzogen und mit gekauften Keksröllchen dekoriert. Ihr könnt den Kuchen aber z. B. auch nur mit Puderzucker abpudern – ganz nach Lust und Laune.
