Hefeteig herstellen und nach Teigruhe in 4 Runde Kuchen Aufwiegen.
Die Pflaumen zum Belegen habe ich vorher kurz gewaschen und entsteint.
Nach der Gare ca 1Std.bei Zimmertemp. im Vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200° Umluft ca 15 - 20 Min. Backen. Wenn die Pflaumen Wässrig sind, etwas kürzer und heisser Abbacken.
