Für den Teig:
350 g Weizenmehl Type 550
70 g Zucker
1 Prise Salz
25 g Hefe
1/8 Liter lauwarme Milch
70 g Butter
1 Ei
200 g Marzipanrohmasse
Mehl für die Arbeitsfläche
Fett für das Backblech
Für den Belag:
6 EL Aprikosenmarmelade
300 g kernlose Trauben blau und grün
1 Dose Ananasstücke = 212 g
1 Dose Aprikosenhälften = 825 g
1 Granatapfel
1 Päckchen klarer Tortenguss
2 EL Zucker

Zubereitung

Für den Teig Mehl, Zucker und Salz mischen, in die Mitte eine Vertiefung schieben, Hefe hineinbröckeln, mit 4 Esslöffeln lauwarmer Milch verrühren und an einem warmen Ort abgedeckt ca. 15 Minuten gehen lassen.

Butter, restliche Milch und Ei zugeben, verkneten und weitere ca. 30 Minuten gehen lassen.

Elektrobackofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.

Marzipan raspeln und unterkneten. Hefeteig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche ausrollen und ein gefettetes Backblech damit auslegen.

Kuchen im vorgeheizten Backofen (Elektro- und Erdgasbackofen: 180 Grad/Stufe 3, Umluft: 160 Grad) ca. 20 Minuten backen und abkühlen lassen.

Für den Belag Kuchen mit Marmelade bestreichen, Trauben waschen und evtl. halbieren, Ananas und Aprikosen abtropfen lassen, den Saft dabei auffangen und aus dem Granatapfel die Kerne herauslösen. Aprikosenhälften auf der Marmelade verteilen und die noch offenen Marmeladenstellen mit Ananasstücken und Trauben belegen.

Kuchen mit Granatapfelkernen bestreuen.
