Zubereitung

Aus Mehl, Schmalz und Kaffeesahne einen Teig herstellen, etwas ruhen lassen und dann ausrollen.
Mit einen Glas oder Tasse Kreise ausstechen und in die Mitte einen Klecks Pflaumenmus geben. Den Keks überlappend zusammenlegen und den Rand festdrücken, mit einer Gabel den Rand verzieren.
Den Keks mit Eigelb bestreichen und mit Zucker bestreuen.
Backen Umluft 175 °C ca. 15. min.

Schmecken frisch am besten.

Diese Kekse werden immer zur Weihnachtszeit in meiner Familie gebacken. Schmecken aber auch im übrigen Jahr
