Zutaten

Biskuit:

  • 4 Eier
  • 2 EL heißes Wasser
  • 150 g Zucker
  • 100 g Mehl
  • 100 g Speisestärke
  • 2 TL Backpulver
  • 500 ml Cremefine zum Schlagen
  • 2 Päckchen Sahnesteif
  • 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
  • abgeriebene Orangen- oder Zitronenschalen
  • blaue Lebensmittelfarbe
     

Dekoration:

  • Ich hab selbstgemachten Marshmallowfondant verwendet. Menge habe ich aber leider nicht abgewogen.
  • Lebensmittelfarbe in blau, grün. schwarz und Super-weiss
  • Schneeflocken-Ausstecher
  • evtl. Aprikosenmarmelade

Zubereitung

Biskuitteig wie gewohnt zubereiten und blaue Lebensmittelfarbe bis zur gewünschten Färbung unterrühren. Backzeit bei 180 °C, ca. 25 Minuten.

Während der Boden auskühlt habe ich die Dekoration gemacht:

  • Fondantdecke, Schneemannkugeln und Tannenbaumüberzug in Super-Weiss (Wird noch weisser)
  • Ein Kegel in grün ( je nach dem wie groß der Baum werden soll)
  • Hut und Knöpfe in schwarz

Für den Baum habe ich einen grünen Kegel angefertigt und Weiss überzogen. Damit die "Spitze" entstehen, habe ich die weisse Schicht mit der Schere eingeschnitten und leicht nach oben geklappt. Flocken in verschiedenen Größen ausstechen und Schneemann herstellen.

Sahne steif schlagen, den Boden 1x durchschneiden und mit Sahne bestreichen, Deckel aufsetzen. Deckel und Rand evtl. mit Marmelade einstreichen, da Sahne Fondant "auflöst". Torte ca. eine Stunde kühl stellen. Torte überziehen und nach Geschmack dekorieren.
