für den Guss: 100 g Zartbitterschokolade, 250 ml Sahne, 1/2 P. Sahnesteif, 1 Tl Zucker, einige Soft-Cakes zum Verzieren

Zubereitung

Für den Biskuit Eier, Wasser, Zucker und Vanillezucker mit dem Rührbesen eines Handrührgerätes schaumig schlagen. Mehl, Speisestärke und Backpulver mischen und vorsichtig unter die Eiermasse rühren. Den Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform (26 cm) füllen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175 Grad ca. 25 Minuten backen.

Den Boden aus der Form lösen, auf einen Kuchenrost stürzen, das Backpapier abziehen und den Boden erkalten lassen. Diesen anschließend 1 Mal waagerecht durchschneiden. Den unteren Boden auf eine Tortenplatte legen und einen Tortenring darumstellen.

Für die Füllung den Tortenguss nach Packungsanweisung - aber mit den hier angegebenen Zutaten - zubereiten und die Marmelade unterrühren. Den Guss etwas auskühlen lassen und ihn dann auf dem unteren Boden von der Mitte aus gleichmäßig verteilen. Den oberen Boden darauflegen und etwas andrücken.
Für den Belag Quark mit Schmand verrühren. Sahne mit dem Gelierzucker steifschlagen und unterheben. Die Hälfte der Quark-Sahne-Masse auf den Boden streichen. Soft-Cakes mit der Schokoladenseite nach unten kreisförmig etwa 1 cm vom Rand entfernt darauf legen. Die restliche Quark-Sahne-Masse daraufgeben und glatt streichen. Die Torte im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen.
Für den Guss Schokolade grob zerkleinern und in einem kleinen Topf im Wasserbad bei schwacher Hitze zu einer geschmeidigen Masse verrühren. 125 ml Sahne tropfenweise unterrühren. Den Guss auf die Tortenoberfläche gießen und verstreichen. Die Torte nochmals kalt stellen bis der Guss fest geworden ist.
Den Tortenring entfernen. 125 ml Sahne mit Sahnesteif und Zucker steif schlagen und in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sterntülle geben. Die Torte damit verzieren und mit Soft-Cakes garnieren.
