Ein leckerer Käsekuchen aus Frischkäse

Zutaten

Für den Teig:

  • 100 g gemahlene Haselnüsse
  • 125 g Mehl
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 1 Eigelb
  • 180 g Zucker
  • 140 g Butter

Für den Belag:

  • 1 Zitrone
  • 800 g Frischkäse
  • 4 Eier
  • 100 g Zucker
  • 3 EL Speisestärke

Für die Karamelsauce:

  • beliebig viele Pistazien 1 EL Butter
  • ca. 100 g Zucker

Noch dazu:

  • 120 g Kouvertüre, je nach Geschmack - ich habe Vollmilch genommen

Zubereitung

Los geht's!

Alle Zutaten für den Teig schön durchkneten, so das ein Mürbeteig entsteht, diesen für ca. 2 Stunden in den Kühlschrank legen.
Nach der Kühlung verteilt ihr ihn auf eurem Springformboden und piekt ihn mit einer Gabel mehrmals ein!
Gebt ihn in den vorgeheizetn Backofen, bei ca. 190 Grad und lasst ihn für ca. 10 Minuten drinnen.
Er soll nur etwas angebacken sein, so das die Oberfläche etwas fest geworden ist!
In der Zwischzeit löst ihr die Kouvertüre auf und rührt sie glatt.
Wenn der Boden fertig ist, lasst ihr ihn ein wenig auskühlen, danach verteilt ihr die Kouvertüre darauf.

Dann kommt der Belag:
Zerlasst die Butter und lasst sie anschließend etwas auskühlen.
Nun vermischt ihr den ausgepressten Saft der Zitrone (ca. 3 EL), Frischkäse, Eier, Zucker und die Speisestärke, so das eine schöne Creme entsteht.
Diese gebt ihr auf den schokoladigen Boden!
Backt alles bei ca. 190–200 Grad, ca. 50 Minuten.
Nach dem Backen fein auskühlen lassen!

Nun bereitet ihr noch die Karamelsauce zu:
Gebt die Pistazien, ihr könnt auch Haselnüsse nehmen, in die heiße Pfanne und lasst sie anrösten.
Dazu gebt ihr anschließend den Zucker und lasst ihn karamelisieren.
Nun noch die Butter – mhmm, wie das duftet ;)
Diese Sauce verteilt ihr auf eurem Kuchen!

Das ist übrigens mein 1. Käsekuchen aus Frischkäse und ich finde ihn eigentlich ganz lecker ;)
