Zubereitung

Für den Teig benötigt ihr:
250 g Mehl
125 g Butter
125 g Zucker
25 g Kakao
1 Ei
0.5 Pck.Backpulver

Alle Zutaten zu Streuseln verarbeiten. 2/3 der Streusel in eine Springform drücken und einen Rand hochziehen.

Für den Belag:

700 ml Milch
2 Pck. Puddingpulver (Vanille)
2 Becher Schmand je 200 g
50 g Zucker (evtl. auch etwas mehr)
1 Glas Kirschen

Die Kirschen gut abtropfen lassen. Aus der Milch, dem Puddingpulver und den 50 g Zucker einen Pudding kochen und anschließend die 2 Becher Schmand unterrühren. Die abgetropften Kirschen unter die Schmandmasse heben.

Die Schmandmasse in die Springform auf den Teig geben und mit den restlichen Schokostreuseln bestreuen.
Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180° Umluft ca. 50-60 min backen.
Den Kuchen unbedingt ganz auskühlen lassen bevor ihr ihn aus der Form nehmt. Am besten vorm servieren 3 Stunden im Kühlschrank kühlen.
