Zubereitung

Marzipanschweine:

Marzipanrohmasse, mit ca. 5 Tropfen roter Lebensmittelfarbe färben.
Daraus Ferkel formen (siehe Foto) lasst eurer Fantasie freien lauf.

Teig:

Aus dem Mehl, Zucker, Backpulver, Vanillezucker, Eier, Öl, Kakao einen glatten Teig rühren und im vorgeheiztem Backofen bei 180°C ca. 40-50 Minuten backen.

Den Kuchen auskühlen lassen und dann in 3 gleichdicke Böden schneiden.

Füllung:

Sahne mit Vanillezucker und Sahnesteif steif schlagen, Quark und Zucker vorsichtig unterrühren. Bananen in dünne Scheiben schneiden und unterheben.

Schokoladentopping:

Sahne im Topf erwärmen, darin die Schokolade schmelzen. Darauf achten, dass die Masse nicht verbrennt!
Masse in eine Schüssel füllen und mind. 2 Stunden kaltstellen.
Die Schokosahne aufschlagen bis eine schnittfeste Masse entsteht.

Torte:

Den ersten Tortenboden in ein Tortenring legen, aus Kit-Kat oder Schoko-Milchriegeln einen "Zaun" legen.
Auf den Tortenboden beliebige Marmelade schmieren, die Hälfte der Creme drauf.

Den Rand der anderen Tortenböden ca. 1cm breit abschneiden.
Wieder ein Boden auf die Creme, Marmelade und creme drauf und mit dem Boden abschließen.

Die Schokosahne auf dem Deckel verteilen und die Schweinchen draufsetzen. Die Ferkel können nun noch mit Zuckerschrift verziert werden.

Jetzt noch kaltstellen, am besten über Nacht!

Den Tortenring vorsichtig entfernen und ein Geschenkbändchen o. ä. um die Torte binden.

Tipp: Man kann auch einfach ein paar Osterhasen oder Nikoläuse formen, je nach Anlass.
