Zubereitung

1. Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Eier trennen. Eiweiße mit Salz steif schlagen. Eigelbe und Zucker cremig schlagen. Eischnee daraufgeben. Mehl, Stärke, Backpulver mischen, darübersieben und alles unterheben. Masse auf ein Blech mit Backpapier streichen und 13 Minuten backen.

2. Die Gelatine einweichen und den Sirup erwärmen. Die Gelatine gut ausdrücken und im Sirup auflösen. Den Joghurt in eine Schüssel geben, den Sirup dazurühren und kalt stellen.
Sahne und Vanillezucker steif schlagen. 200g pürierte Erdbeeren, 150g geschnittene Erdbeeren und die Sahne unter den Joghurt heben, wenn die Creme zu gelieren beginnt.

3. Den Boden mit der Creme bestreichen, 75g Erdbeeren pürieren und diese als Verziehrung auf die Torte geben, die restlichen 75g klein schneiden und ebenfalls darauf geben. Das Ganze dann mit Puderzucker bestäuben und dann zwei Stunden in die Kühlung stellen.
