Zutaten

Für die Schokoladensauce:

  • 75 ml Wasser
  • 25 g Zucker
  • 40 ml Zuckerrübensirup
  • 30 g Kakao
  • 20 g Schokolade, gehackt

Für den Boden:

  • 200 g Zartbitterschokolade gehackt oder welche ihr mögt
  • 75 g Butter
  • 150 g Zucker
  • 2 Eier
  • 100 g Mehl
  • 1/4 TL Salz

Für die Füllung:

  • 650 g Frischkäse
  • 200 g Zucker
  • 1 Becher (200 g) Schmand
  • 2 Eier
  • 1/4 TL Salz

Zubereitung

Die Schokoladensauce:
Wasser, Zucker Sirup und Kakao in einem Topf zum Kochen bringen.
Dann die gehackte Schokolade hinzu geben und so lange rühren, bis sie geschmolzen ist.
Diese stellt ihr dann kalt!

Der Boden :
Die Schokolade, Butter und den Zucker schmelzen.
Anschließend alles abkühlen lassen und danach die Eier hinzu geben.
Mehl und Salz ebenso dazu und ordentlich verrühren.
Den Teig in einer Springform verteilen und im vorgeheizten Backofen, bei 175 Grad ca. 15 Minuten backen.

In der Zwischenzeit, bzw. wenn euer Boden am Abkühlen ist, bereitet ihr die FÜLLUNG zu:
Frischkäse, Schmand, Eier und Zucker zu einer schönen Creme mixen.
Nun gebt ihr die Hälfte der Füllung auf den Boden!
Die Hälfte der Schokoladensauce verteilt ihr auch dort.
Den Rest der Füllung wieder darüber.
Nun die restliche Schokoladensauce in Klecksen verteilen und mit einem Hozstab eine Art Muster hineinzaubern ;)

Das Ganze wandert nun in den Backofen! Bei ca. 210 Grad eine Stunde.
Danach wird der Kuchen noch wabbeln!!
Damit euer Kuchen nicht einreißt solltet ihr am Rand der Form mit dem Messer langfahren, das soll es verhindern.
Ich habe es nicht getan und er ist wirklich wunderbar gerissen ...
Nun muss er, nachdem er schon ein wenig abgekühlt ist, für mindestens 4 - 6 Stunden in den Kühlschrank!
