Zutaten

Für den Biskuit:

  • 5 Eier
  • 75 g Zucker
  • 1 Pck. Vanillinzucker
  • 50 g Mehl
  • 50 g Speisestärke
  • Zucker zum Bestreuen
  • Prise Salz
  • Backpapier
  • 2 Geschirrtücher
     

Für die Creme:

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Sahne
  • ca. 250 g Beeren (frisch o. gefroren)
  • 100 g Puderzucker
  • Schuss Calvados (ca. 20 ml)
  • 2 Päckchen Vanillezucker

Zubereitung

Auf dem Bild ist ein riesiger Essteller..... reicht locker für 4 - 6 Personen!
 

Teigzubereitung:

Eier trennen, Eiweiß mit einer Prise Salz steif schlagen u. den Zucker u. Vanillinzucker einrieseln lassen.

Eigelbe mit dem Schneebesen vorsichtig untermischen.

Mehl u. Backpulver durch ein Sieb auf die Masse geben und ebenfalls vorsichtig unterheben.

Nun den Teig auf ein Blech (Backpapier) geben, glatt streichen u. bei Umluft 160 Grad für 11 Minuten in den Ofen geben.

Geschirrtuch mit Zucker bestreuen u. den Biskuit mit dem Backpapier nach oben, auf den Zucker legen.

Backpapier SOFORT vorsichtig abziehen u. die Teigplatte nun mit einem kalt ausgewrungenen Geschirrtuch bedecken.
 

Zubereitung Creme:

Sahne mit dem Vanillinzucker steif schlagen.

Mascarpone mit Puderzucker u. einem Schuss Calvados elektrisch mixen. Sahne unterheben. Die Früchte etwas zerdrücken u. vorsichtig untermengen.

Biskuitteig in 4 gleiche Teile schneiden u. mit der Creme abwechselnd schichten.
