Zutaten

  • 1 Tortenboden (gekauft oder selbst gebacken)
  • 1 Packung Vanillepudding
  • 2 Becher Schlagsahne
  • 4 Äpfel
  • Wasser
  • Zucker
  • Zimt
  • 1 Nelke

Zubereitung

Die Äpfel schälen, in Spalten schneiden, mit etwas Zucker, einer Prise Zimt, einer Nelke und etwas Wasser in einem Topf weich garen und anschließend gut abkühlen lassen (am besten über Nacht im Kühlschrank).

Den Pudding nach Anleitung zubereiten, abkühlen lassen und auf den Tortenboden geben. Die zuvor gekochten Apfelspalten abtropfen lassen, die Nelke entfernen und auf dem Pudding verteilen.

Nun die Schlagsahne mit etwas Zucker und einer Prise Zimt steif schlagen und auf den Äpfeln verteilen. Wer mag, kann zur Deko noch etwas Zimt darüber streuen.
