Zubereitung

Quicheform, Durchmesser 26 cm gut ausfetten und mit Mehl ausstreuen

Backofen vorheizen: 180 Grad C

Käse reiben und zur Seite stellen (Thermomix 10 Sek, Stufe 7)

Teig:
Mehl, Butter, Salz und Wasser zu einem Teig kneten.
Thermomix: 20 Sek, Stufe 4
Teig zu einer Kugel formen.

Teig auf einer bemehlten Fläche mit dem Nudelholz ausrollen und in die Quicheform legen.
Um Blasenbildung beim Backen zu vermeiden, den Teig mehrfach mit einer Gabel einstechen.

Belag:
Speck in der Pfanne oder im Thermomix (3 Min, 120 Grad, Linkslauf) andünsten, auf einem Küchentuch abtropfen lassen.

Eier, Milch, Creme fraiche mit dem Pfeffer verrühren (Thermomix 30 Sek, Stufe 4).

Erst die Schinkenwürfel, dann die Eier-Milch-Mischung, zum Schluss den geriebenen Käse auf den Teig füllen.

20-30 Minuten bei 180 Grad C goldgelb backen.

Die Quiche schmeckt warm oder kalt und eignen sich auch hervorragend als Fingerfood.

Variation: Ihr könnt auch mit gewürfeltem Gemüse und Pilzen belegen.
