Schokobananenboden

200 g Marzipan
200 g Zucker
4 Eiweiß

Für die Böden alle Zutaten gut miteinander Verrühren und dann mit einem Spritzbeutel in Bananenform auf ein Backblech sprizten und bei 180 °C ca. 15 Min backen. Achtung nicht zu dunkel, sonst wirds zu hart.

Für die Buttercreme:

100 g Zucker
100 g Butter
1 Prise Salz

Butter schaumig schlagen, nach und nach den Zucker und die Prise Salz dazu. Buttercreme auf die ausgekühlten Marzipanböden mithilfe eines Spritzbeutels verteilen. Die Menge war mir immer genug, da ich nicht so der Buttercreme fan bin.

Nun nur noch Bananen schälen und der länge nach halbieren, auf die Buttercreme legen und dabei leicht mit Druck aufsetzen.

Jetzt stellt man die Bananen für ein paar Minuten in den Kühlschrank und lässt in der Zeit die Schokolade (nach belieben Vollmilch oder Zartbitter) im Wasserbad flüssig werden.

Banenen wieder aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und darauf achten, dass die Banane sowie die Buttercreme rundum mit Schokolade bedekt sind, da sonst die Banane braun wird.

Nun kann man nach Belieben dekorieren.
