Zubereitung

"TEIG"
140 g Schokolade über Wasserbad schmelzen und zur Seite stellen.
140 g weiche Butter mit 80 g Zucker schön schaumig schlagen.
6 Eigelb (bei kl. Eiern mehr) unterrühren.
Nun die 140 g geschmolzene Schokolade dazu geben (bitte nicht zu heiß, da sie sonst an Aroma verliert!!!).
6 Eiweiß mit 1/4 TL Salz und 100 g Zucker zu einem festen Schnee schlagen.
Teig in eine Springform füllen.
=>=>=> Im vorgeheitzten Ofen bei 160–170 Grad 45 Min. backen
=>=>=> Erkalten lassen
=>=>=> In der Mitte durchschneiden
Kuchenhälfte mit Marillenmarmelade bestreichen und zweite Hälfte drauf setzen.
Jetzt die restliche Marillenmarmelade im Topf sehr heiß machen und die obere sowie äußere Seite damit bestreichen!

"ÜBERZUG"
375 g Schokolade zerkleinern und über Wasserbad schmelzen.
15 g Kakao zum Schmelzvorgang der Schokolade geben.
125 g Trockenfondant oder Kristallzucker mit
65 ml Wasser in einem Topf 5–6 Min. (für den Glanz) aufkochen bis kleine Fäden gezogen werden können, jetzt etwas abkühlen lassen, dann nach und nach zur geschmolzenen Schokolade dazu geben (WICHTIG: nun rühren, rühren und rühren!!!) bis eine dickflüssige und glatte Glasur entsteht (bei Bedarf etwas Wasser löffelweise dazu geben).
Nun die Sachertorte mit der Glasur (sollte lippenwarm sein) in einem Zug übergießen und möglichst mit wenig Strichen glätten. Sofort mit dem Torteneinteiler die Einteilung drauf drücken!
=>=> Wer mag kann jetzt natürlich auch div. Deko anbringen, dazu einfach euren Ideen freien Lauf lassen ;-))
Dazu Sahne reichen, die etwas von der Süsse s.w. das Herbe der Schokolade nimmt!
