Kirschen - schmacht … Kirschen schmecken nach Sommer und haben eine nachgewiesene Schutzwirkung gegen Entzündungen und vorzeitige Alterungsprozesse. Forscher der Universität Michigan meinen, sie würdenFetteinlagerungen vermindern und gegen Übergewicht helfen und Schlafmediziner wollen bewiesen haben, dass man nach einem Gläschen Sauerkirschsaft am Abend besser durchschlafen könne.

Wir meinen: Kirschen und Mandeln schmecken einfach wundervoll und deshalb lieben wir sie!

1. Den Backofen auf  180 °C Umluft vorheizen.
2. Die Mandelstifte zusätzlich grob hacken und in der Pfanne leicht anrösten.
3. Die getrochneten Sauerkirschen grob hacken.
4. Die weiße Schokolade (wahlweise kann auch weiße Kuvertüre genommen werden) grob hacken.
5. Mehl, Hafelflocken und Backpulver miteinander vermengen.
6. Dann alle Zutaten darunter rühren.
7. Den Teig in die Backform füllen, gut andrücken und ca. 20 Minuten backen.
8. Aus dem Backofen nehmen, abkühlen lassen und dann erst aus der Form nehmen.

Und genießen.
