Zubereitung

Auflaufform ca. 30x25cm

  1. Das Rindergehackte in einer tiefen beschichteten Pfanne krümelig braten. Die Zwiebel- und Möhrenwürfel hinzufügen, den Knoblauch dazupressen und alles unter Rühren ca. 2 Minuten anbraten, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
  2. Die passierten Tomaten, Tomatenmark, Fleischbrühe, Wasser, Paprika und Oregano zugeben, gut verrühren und 15 Minuten köcheln lassen. Inzwischen das Mehl-Grieß-Gemisch zusammen mit dem Öl, den Eiern, Salz und Wasser in eine Schüssel geben und mit den Knethaken des elektrischen Handrührgerätes zu einem geschmeidigen Teig kneten.
  3. Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche dünn ausrollen und 3 – 4 Teigplatten in der Größe der Form ausschneiden.
  4. Für die Bechamelsauce die Butter in einem kleinen Topf erhitzen und das Mehl darin unter ständigem Rühren andünsten. Die Milch angießen, mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Muskat würzen und aufkochen lassen.
  5. Den Backofen auf 180 °C Umluft vorheizen.
  6. Mit einer Schöpfkelle etwas Fleischsauce in die Form geben und mit einer Teigplatte belegen. Darauf wieder eine Schicht Fleischsauce und auch eine Schicht Bechamelsauce. So weiter schichten bis alle Teigplatten verbraucht sind, mit Sauce abschließen und den geraspelten Käse darüberstreuen.
  7. Auf der mittleren Schiene ca. 45 Minuten backen bis sich eine knusprig braune Kruste gebildet hat.
