5 EL Olivenöl
2 Knoblauchzehen
250 g Hartweizen-Grieß
250 ml Gemüsebrühe
2 Zwiebeln
100 g grüne Oliven ohne Stein
2 rote Chilischoten
300 g gemischtes Hackfleisch
1 Zucchini
50 g passierte Tomaten
1 rote Paprikaschote
4 Tomaten
Balsamicoessig
Salz
Pfeffer
2 EL Minze in Streifen

Zubereitung

3 Esslöffel Olivenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen, 1 Knoblauchzehe abziehen, zerdrücken, mit Grieß zugeben und unter Rühren anbraten.
Brühe angießen und Grieß ca. 15 Minuten unter gelegentlichem Rühren bei schwacher Hitze garen.
Zwiebeln und restlichen Knoblauch abziehen und fein würfeln. Oliven hacken, Chilischoten, waschen, entkernen und in feine Ringe schneiden.
Restliches Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen, vorbereitete Zutaten mit Hackfleisch zufügen und unter Rühren anbraten. Zucchini putzen, waschen, würfeln und mit anbraten.
Passierte Tomaten einrühren und ca. 10 Minuten garen lassen. Paprikaschote waschen, entkernen und in feine Streifen schneiden.
Tomaten häuten, entkernen und würfeln. Beides unter die Gemüse-Hackfleisch-Mischung geben, weitere 5 Minuten garen und mit Balsamicoessig, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Grieß und Minze untermischen und nach Wunsch mit Minze garniert servieren.
