Zutaten

Für den Boden:

  • 1½ Tassen Zucker
  • 2½ Tassen Mehl
  • ½ TL Backpulver
  • ½ TL Salz
  • 14 EL weiche, ungesalzene Butter
  • 2 TL Vanille-Extrakt
  • 2 große Eier

Für das Frosting:

  • 340 g weicher Frischkäse
  • 7½ EL weiche, ungesalzene Butter
  • 1 TL Vanille
  • 1¾ Tasse Puderzucker
  • frische Früchte, in Scheiben geschnitten

Zubereitung

  1. Butter mit 1½ Tasse Zucker in einer großen Schüssel ca. 3-5 Minuten schaumig schlagen. Vanille-Extrakt und Eier hinzufügen und gut vermischen. Übrige Zutaten (Mehl, Backpulver und Salz) hinzufügen und  ca. 30 Sekunden lang zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Anschließend den Teig ruhen lassen.
  2. Ofen auf 175 °C vorheizen. Teig auf dem Backblech oder einem Pizzastein zu einem runden Pizzaboden ausrollen. Boden mit 2–3 EL Zucker bestreuen. Teig für 17-20 Minuten backen. Anschließend abkühlen lassen und kühl stellen.
  3. Für das Frosting alle Zutaten vermischen und die Masse auf dem Boden verteilen. Erneut kühl stellen, bis das Frosting fest ist.
  4. Den Boden mit den frischen Früchten dekorativ belegen, in Stücke portionieren und servieren!

Wir mögen es sehr, wenn der Teig noch etwas weich ist. Wer seine Früchte-Pizza allerdings lieber kross haben möchte, kann den Teig einfach 5–10 Minuten länger backen.

Tipp:
Eine Tasse Mehl / Puderzucker entsprechen ca. 120 g. Eine Tasse Butter / Zucker entsprechen ca. 225 g.
