200 g Butter oder Margarine
100 g Zucker
3 Eier
4-5 Eßl Milch
1 Backpulver
500 g Mehl
außerdem:
1 kg Zwetschgen oder Pflaumen
Puderzucker

Zutaten für die Streusel:
180-200 g zerlassene Butter
200 g Zucker
1 Vanillezucker
300 g Mehl

Zubereitung:
Aus Butter, Zucker, Vanillezucker und Mehl die Streusel herstellen, kurz in den Kühlschrank legen.
Für den Teig alle Zutaten miteinander verrühren und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech glattstreichen.
Die gewaschenen Zwetschgen oder Pflaumen, halbieren, entkernen und auf dem Teig verteilen.
Die gekühlte Streusel auf den Früchten verteilen.
Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200-220°C ca 40 Minuten backen.
Vor dem servieren mit Puderzucker bestäuben.
