Die Margarine mit dem Zucker, Vanilliezucker und den Eiern schaumig rühren, die Zitronenschale, das Mehl und den Backpulver dazu geben, weiter rühren.
Den Teig auf ein gefettetes Backblech verteilen, glattstreichen.
Im Ofen auf 180°C 30 min backen.
Den Puderzucker mit Wasser anrühren und noch nicht ganz abgekühlten Kuchen damit bestreichen.
