In einem Topf Wasser, Butter, Salz aufkochen.

Teig in eine Schüssel geben u. die Eier einzeln mit den Knethaken des Handrührgeräts unterrühren.
Backpulver über Teig sieben u. unterkneten.

Backofen Ober -Unterhitze 210 Grad heizen (Umluft nicht geeignet).
Brandteig in einen Spritzbeutel geben und kleine "Häufchen" auf das Backblech (Papier) geben.
Ca. 15 - 20 backen. Rausnehmen u. auskühlen lassen.
Windbeutel waagerecht aufschneiden, entweder mit einem super scharfem Messer oder einer Schere.

"Vanillepudding zum Kochen" nach Anleitung zubereiten, allerdings mit 450 ml Milch.
Vollständig auskühlen lassen (am besten 1 Tag vorher machen) und mit 100 ml geschlagener Sahne vermischen.

Glasur besteht aus Puderzucker und Wasser.
