Zubereitung

Arbeitszeit: ca. 15 Min.

Butter und Schokolade in einem Topf unter ständigem Rühren schmelzen lassen. Von der Herdplatte nehmen und abkühlen lassen.

Kakaopulver, Stärke und Backpulver mischen. Wird Puddingpulver verwendet, wird weder Stärke noch Kakaopulver benötigt.

Eier, Vanillezucker, Salz und Zucker hell-cremig schlagen. Nun vorsichtig die Schokoladen-Buttermasse hinzu geben und kurz weiter schlagen (am besten langsam dazu geben), oder mit einem Löffel unterheben. Fein gehackte Schokolade unterrühren.

Nun als letztes das Kakaopulver-Stärkegemisch oder Puddingpulver unter den Teig heben!

Den Teig in eine gut gefettete Spring- oder Tarteform füllen.

Die Form in den vorgeheizten Ofen geben und bei 175 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 20 – 25 Minuten backen.

Form nach Ende der Backzeit aus dem Ofen nehmen und abkühlen lassen, da der Kuchen direkt nach dem Backen noch relativ weich bzw. flüssig ist. Nach Belieben mit einem Guss verzieren.

Wer mag, kann anstatt der 100 g gehackter Schokolade auch schokolierte Kaffeebohnen oder gehackte Nüsse verwenden.
Man sollte die Schokolade verwenden, die man mag.
Je bitterer die Schokolade, umso höher sollte man den Zuckeranteil ansetzen. D. h. bei 85 %iger Schokolade sollte man gut 130 – 150 g Zucker verwenden damit es nicht zu bitter ist.
Wer es bitter mag, kann es aber auch bei 100 g Zucker belassen.
