Zutaten:      

  • 1 Becher Sahne (=200 ml)   
  • 2 Tafel weiße Schokolade (á 100g)   

Für den Biskuitteig:

  • 4 Eier
  • 100g Zucker
  • 100g Instant 405
  • ½ TL Backpulver

Für den Belag:

  • 2 Becher Sahne (á 200 ml)
  • 2 Päckchen Sahnesteif
  • 150g Kokosraspeln

Zubereitung:
Sahne erhitzen. Schokolade grob hacken, in der Sahne schmelzen (die Sahne darf nicht kochen) und abkühlen lassen.

Für die Biskuitteig:
Eier trennen, Eigelb mit Zucker weißschaumig schlagen. Eiweiß steif schlagen und auf die Eigelbmasse geben. Mehl und Backpulver mischen, daraufgeben und alles unterziehen. Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform (Ø 26cm) füllen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200°C (Gas: Stufe 4, Umluft 180°C) ca. 15-20 Minuten backen. Kuchen auf einem Kuchengitter auskühlen lassen.

Für den Belag:
Den Biskuitboden waagerecht in zwei Drittel und ein Drittel durchschneiden und das größere Stück in Flocken reißen. Den übrigen Boden auf eine Tortenplatte legen und mit einem Tortenring umstellen. Die Schokoladensahne und die übrige Sahne mit Sahnesteif getrennt steif schlagen. Beide Sahnevarianten, 100g Kokosraspel und Biskuitflocken vermischen, auf den Boden streichen und mit restlichen Kokosraspeln bestreuen. Torte ca. 2 Stunden kalt stellen.
