Zutaten

• 1 Becher (200 g) Naturjoghurt (3,5 %)
• 1 Becher Öl (geschmacksneutral, z.B. Sonnenblumenöl)
• 1 Becher Zucker
• 3 Becher Mehl
• 3 Eier
• 1 Päckchen Backpulver
• 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
• 100 g Schokolade (schneiden oder grob raspeln)
• Fertige Schokoglasur (oder alternativ z.B. 100 g geschmolzene Zartbitterschokolade)

Zubereitung

Vorab: Als Maßeinheit wird der Joghurtbecher verwendet! Ich nehme einen 200-g-Becher, habe aber auch schon eine große Tasse (ca. 250 ml Füllmenge) genommen.

Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und miteinander verrühren.
Anschließend eine Kastenform einfetten und den Teig in die Form füllen.
Den Kuchen bei 170 Grad ca. 50 Minuten backen.
Nachdem der Kuchen abgekühlt ist, kann er mit der Schokoglasur (oder geschmolzener Schokolade) bestrichen werden.
