0,0g150 g Zucker, 150 g Margarine oder Butter, 300 g Mehl, 1 Teel. Backpulver, 1 Ei, 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker, 1 kg Äpfel, Zimt und Zucker, Fett und Gries für die Sprinform

Zubereitung

Zutaten für den Teig:

150 g Zucker, 150 g Margarine oder Butter, 300 g Mehl, 1 Teel. Backpulver, 1 Ei, 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker

Alles Zutaten vermengen und zu einem Knetteig machen. Davon dann 2/3 in eine gefettete und mit Mehl oder Griess bestäuben Springfom geben gut verteilen und einen Rand hoch ziehen.

Zutaten für die Füllung:
selbsgemachtes Apfelmus, hier für braucht man ca. 1 kg Äpfel, Zimt und Zucker, von der Süsse her jeder wie er es mag :-)

Äpfel schälen, Kerngehäuse entnehmen, klein schneiden und dann köcheln lassen bis ein leckres Apfelmus entstanden ist. Ich denke das bekommt wohl jeder hin. Als Schmanckerl habe ich es mit Glühwein gekocht.

Zur Not geht es auch mit gekauften Apfelmus, diesen würde ich dann noch mit 2 kleingeschnittenen Äpfel verbessern :-)

Dann das Apfelmuss in die Form geben gut verteilen und vom restlichen Knetteig Streußel machen und darüber verteilen.

Vorgeheizter Backofen, Ober und Unterhitze ca. 1 Stunden bei 180-200 Grad. Backtemperatur und Backzeit kann sich variieren, kommt immer auf den Backofen an. Stäbchenprobe machen. Falls er zu dunkel wird Alufolie drüberlegen
