Zubereitung

Alle Zutaten verrühren.
Dann in 3 Stücke aufteilen und jedes in Klarsichtfolie einpacken und ca. 30 Minuten im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen.

Backofen auf 180 Grad C vorheizen und 2 Backbleche mit Backpapier belegen.

Teigpakete einzeln aus dem Kühlschrank holen, auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche ca. 5 mm dick ausrollen. Mit Keksausstechern die gewünschten Formen ausstechen und sofort auf das Blech legen.

Der restliche Teig bleibt im Kühlschrank, bis das erste Teigstück als Kekse auf dem Blech liegt.

Nach dem Backen mit dem Backpapier vom Blech ziehen und auskühlen lassen.

Puderzucker mit Zitronensaft zu Zuckerguss anrühren.

Die ausgekühlten Kekse mit Zuckerguss bestreichen und trocknen lassen.

Wenn der Zuckerguss gut ausgehärtet ist, können die Kekse dekoriert werden. Z.B. mit Click-Twist-Brush Lebensmittelfarbstiften von Rainbow Dust.
