Zubereitung

Die essbare Knete hat 4 verschiedene Farben, die jeweils einzeln verpackt sind, dies einzeln in eine Schüssel geben und mit jeweils 200ml Wasser zu einem Teig verrühren, etwas Mehl zugeben. Dann auf der Unterlage zum Ausrollen auch Mehl verteilen und wie normal Plätzchen ausrollen.

Danach ausstechen mit Weihnachtsformen oder je nach Jahreszeit auch Osterformen etc.. Auf ein Backblech legen und jeweils 10-15 Minuten backen.

Abkühlen lassen, derzeit den Puderzucker mit dem Eistee vermischen (oder ohne Eistee, je nach Geschmack). Durch die rote Farbe des Eistees wird der Zuckerguss rosa, diesen auf die ausgekühlten Plätzchen träufeln, das gibt dann bunte Weihnachts- (oder Oster-) plätzchen!!
