Zubereitung

Zutaten für 1 Backblech
Zubereitungszeit ca. 15 Minuten
Kühlzeit 2 Stunden
Backzeit 12-15 Minuten bei 200 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze

Ihr verknetet Butter, Eigelb, Zucker, Salz und Vanille miteinander zu einer cremigen Masse. Dazu gebt ihr dann Mehl und Haselnüsse und knetet den Teig ordentlich durch. In Frischhaltefolie gewickelt für 2 Stunden in den Kühlschrank packen.

Den Backofen heizt ihr auf 200 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vor.

Den Teig teilt ihr in 5-6 gleich große Stücke und formt daraus etwa gleich große Teigrollen. Davon schneidet ihr jeweils ca. 1-1,5cm lange Stücke ab und formt daraus Kugeln. Diese platziert ihr nacheinander auf dem Backblech und drückt mit dem Stiel eines Kochlöffels vorsichtig kleine Mulden in die Kugeln.

Nun für 12-15 Minuten backen bis die Plätzchen goldbraun geworden sind.

Während die Plätzchen etwas abkühlen erhitzt ihr vorsichtig das Johannisbeergelee in einem kleinen Topf bis es flüssig geworden ist. Mit einem kleinen Löffel füllt ihr das Gelee in die "Marmeladenlöcher" und lasst die Plätzchen so für ca. 2-3 Tage gut trocknen bevor ihr sie dann stapeln und in Dosen verpacken könnt. Mit Puderzucker bestäuben sollte man sie auch erst, wenn sie ganz trocken sind. Wir sparen uns das mittlerweile gänzlich für die Kekse die nicht verschenkt werden.
