400 ml Milch
4 EL Zucker
50 g Weichweizen-Grieß
50 g Krokant
150 g Magerquark
200 g Mascarpone
1 TL Vanillezucker
1 Glas Amarenakirschen = 370 g

Zubereitung

Milch aufkochen, Zucker und Grieß einrühren, vom Herd nehmen und ausquellen lassen. Krokant unterrühren.
Quark mit Mascarpone und Vanillezucker verrühren.
Amarenakirschen abtropfen lassen, Sirup auffangen und 4 Kirschen zur Seite stellen.
Grieß, Amarenakirschen mit etwas Sirup, Quarkmasse und nochmals Grieß in Dessertschalen schichten, mit Amarenasirup beträufeln und mit jeweils 1 Amarenakirsche garnieren.
Dessert ca. 1 Stunde kalt stellen.
